Job Summary

Responsible for establishing customer risk controls for ACH and Wire processing for TAB Bank. In addition to risk controls, candidate oversees TAB customer training on ACH and Wire processing. Trains other EFT employees on risk controls as needed. Cross trained to support the other EFT work groups. Knowledgeable of and compliant with all FED, FDIC and TAB Board of Directors EFT regulations and EFT policies. Adheres to all TAB Bank policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Underwrites ACH originators.
  • Reviews and executes ACH/Wire limit adjustments.
  • Defines and monitors customer ACH/Wire access.
  • Performs periodic ACH originator audits as deemed necessary.
  • Complete end of day processing for TAB Bank.
  • Coordinates, in conjunction with Internal Audit, annual ACH Rules audit, including gathering and tracking requested materials in preparation for on-site visit.
  • Coordinates new ACH/Wire originator training, including providing copies of NACHA Rule books as needed.
  • Prepares and sends Periodic ACH Newsletter to originators.
  • Coordinates and tracks employee EFT functions training.
  • Member of ACH Risk Monitoring Committee and prepares reports for committee review.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in bank operations in ACH and/or Wire processing preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service role preferred.
  • Some college in business discipline or accounting preferred.
  • NACHA AAP or APRP certification required by the end of the following calendar year after hire.
