The Digital Workplace Lead is an experienced and innovative leader overseeing and enhancing our organization’s digital workplace environment. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that promote effective communication, collaboration, and productivity using modern digital tools and platforms. The Digital Workplace Lead collaborates with various departments to ensure that our digital workplace solutions align with business objectives and meet employee needs. This role champions the effective use of digital tools, automating and optimizing processes throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that supports the organization’s goals and enhances the employee experience.
• Oversees the selection, implementation, and management of digital tools and platforms, such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other collaboration technologies.
• Works closely with IT, Marketing, and other departments to ensure digital workplace initiatives are effectively integrated and adopted across the organization.
• Develops and delivers training programs to educate employees on the use of digital tools, promoting best practices and driving user adoption.
• Establishes metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital workplace tools and initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement.
• Ensures that all digital workplace solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations, maintaining a secure and compliant digital environment.
• Stays abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital workplace solutions, recommending and implementing innovations that enhance employee engagement and productivity
• Other duties as assigned

Required education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing digital workplace technologies and initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and other collaboration tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in organizational change management and driving user adoption of new technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements related to digital workplace solutions.

Preferred education and experience

• Strong understanding of banking operations
• Lean, SixSigma, or Process Improvement experience
• Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps experience
