As an End User Sales Representative, this position plays a key role in a team-based sales and customer service environment, supporting end users through strong communication, integrity, and organization. The role focuses on collaborating with internal teams to deliver responsive, service-driven sales support while helping develop and maintain end user relationships. Success in this position requires a customer-first mindset, effective time management, and the ability to contribute to shared sales strategies rather than operating independently. This role supports and participates in sales calls with existing and prospective End User Customers to help identify needs and create opportunities for Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Division 10 solutions. The objective is to work as part of a team to provide value, consistency, and trusted support to customers in markets such as K‑12 Schools, Healthcare, and Colleges and Universities.
Essential Functions - Perform required administrative and CRM-related tasks, including accurate documentation of sales activities, entering orders, creating submittals,
- estimating, and following up on proposals
- Work collaboratively with internal sales, operations, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved
- Contribute to a team-oriented sales environment, supporting shared objectives and branch initiatives
- Demonstrate a positive, solutions-focused "yes" attitude when responding to customer needs, internal requests, and new challenges
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications - Strong Customer Relations skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including: Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
