About the Role Were looking for reliable, detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Technicians to join our team! In this role, you will perform post-construction and final-cleaning tasks to prepare newly built or renovated spaces for turnover. If you enjoy transforming messy spaces into spotless, move-in-ready environments, this job is for you. Responsibilities Remove construction debris, materials, and dust from work areasClean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuumingWash and polish windows, walls, fixtures, and surfacesDetail clean kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and appliancesUse professional cleaning tools and equipment safelyFollow safety protocols and wear required PPEEnsure spaces meet final inspection standards Requirements Prior cleaning or construction experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift 2550 lbs and perform physical tasksComfortable working around construction environmentsStrong attention to detailDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyMust be able to have transportation to our office.
