• Responsible for auditing the medical charts of active residents of the facility assigned under Medicare A/ Managed Care for compliance with Technical and Clinical requirements to Skilled Coverage Criteria and for validating coding accuracy of PPS assessments related to PDPM.

• Sending email to facilities the alerts and reports on their audit findings.

• Perform other related duties as requested by the facility assigned, as well as those of Management.

All other job responsibilities and duties will be assigned by the assigned manager.
