Description:
Job Title: Program Coordinator
Location: Must reside in the state of Utah; In-person travel required minimally for this position.
Schedule: Remote. Monday – Friday typical daytime business hours; Fully remote with minimal travel required to support participants as needed.
Wage: $50, 000 Annual Salary with Full Time Benefits and Paid Time Off
Essential Job Duties:
- Act as the primary liaison between the participants and their employees in onboarding, program enrollment, and paperwork
- Initial EVV training review to employers/participants with onboarding
- Documenting communication through Customer Support tickets for compliance.
- Provide ongoing support to participants and their employees concerning issues, supports, and corrections
- Act as the subject matter expert of program rules and regulations from state agencies and internal policies for internal staff
- Other job duties assigned by the Chain of Command
Required Qualifications:
- Morning Sun Financial Services Program Coordinator must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- Four (4) year degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, social work, education, etc.); and at least one-year professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability; or A two (2) year degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, social work, recreational therapy, education, nursing, PT, OT, speech, etc.): and at least three (3) years professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability
- A four (4) year degree in any other subject and at least two (2) years professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability
- Five (5) years of professional experience working with people who have an intellectual disability.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
- Successful clearance of a Motor Vehicle Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Office experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay self-organization and multi-task.
