Integrated Design leverages the early involvement of all project stakeholders and key disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and fire protection (MEP+S+FP) engineering, as well as architecture and planning. DESCRIPTION

The Product CADD Supervisor - IDA will join our Integrated Design & Advisory (IDA) group and play a key role in leading the production and delivery of building design documents across a wide range of projects. This role oversees Revit-based plan production, coordinates closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, and ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout the design lifecycle.

Projects may include federal, state, and municipal clients, aviation, DoD, and private-sector facilities. The Production Manager is responsible for guiding production teams, improving workflows, and supporting the delivery of coordinated, high-quality construction documents.

Key responsibilities and attributes include:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and external agencies to deliver complete and accurate design packages
• Oversee production of building design documents using Revit, including drawings, models, and construction deliverables
• Support and guide teams through all phases of design and documentation
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines to resolve design and coordination challenges
• Ensure adherence to standards, schedules, and quality expectations
• Develop and refine production processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Manage resources and workload planning to meet project demands
• Communicate goals, expectations, and priorities clearly to production teams
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to staff
• Promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing schedule and workload demands

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in building design documentation and production
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for Buildings
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, MEP)
• Experience leading or managing production teams
• Familiarity with federal, municipal, or institutional project delivery preferred

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $78, 000 to $102, 000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
