Description:

Fuel your next adventure at Maverik as a Project Coordinator! You'll steer smaller-scale construction and remodel projects, working with architects, engineers, and agencies to make sure every project hits the mark on time and within budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts between architects and engineers as architectural engineering drawings are created
  • Coordinate with governing agencies for permitting of smaller scale minor construction projects, and remodels, including but not limited to, store and fuel reconstruction projects
  • Coordinate bidding process, including but not limited to, collecting & reviewing bids, providing recommendations regarding which bid(s) are accepted, and participating in the final bid acceptance decision-making process
  • Manage smaller scale minor construction projects, including but not limited to, store and fuel reconstruction projects, to ensure that projects are completed per project specs, on time, and on budget
  • Provide value engineering recommendations for projects and bring recommendations to the team
  • Travel to job sites as needed; may require overnight approx. 30% of the time
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of College, University or Technical School

Qualifications: Experience

  • 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate-level Excel skills
