What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will oversee full operations of the location/district to meet business and customer requirements
  • Ensure achievement of performance, quality, productivity, cost, and safety objectives
  • Manage day-to-day operations including employee scheduling, product management, maintenance, and productivity
  • Further, you will promote and enforce safety standards and compliance programs
  • Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and leadership direction
  • Execute work based on defined objectives and ensures alignment with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and supports employee development
  • And you will anticipate operational issues and develop contingency plans
  • Regularly interact with team members and middle management

What makes you great

  • You have a High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams
  • You have 5+ years of experience leading operations in a similar industry
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%
