Job SummaryAs the VP, Law Firm Solutions for Aumni, a JP Morgan company, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert to ensure that the data from LPAs is processed accurately and reflected correctly in our software. Additionally, you will support the primary relationship manager for our most strategic law firm and limited partner customers. You will act as the voice of the customer with our internal partners to drive meaningful product development with our LP software that delivers increased value for our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Support all aspects of the customer relationship along the customer journey including implementation, product adoption, usage, renewal, expansion, and advocacy to ensure optimal engagement
- Ensure timely processing of LP Agreements for major international law firms, delivering structured data accurately and efficiently
- Become a subject matter expert in the Aumni Law Firm software to advise the primary relationship manager, our clients, and our internal partners on best practices.
- Partner with our Product and Engineering leadership teams to inform the future product roadmap
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills- 2+ years of legal experience in fund formation practice with experience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements
- JD required
- Subject matter expertise and extensive practical experience with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs)
- Excellent project and time management skills. Be able to juggle and manage many different clients simultaneously and have the judgment and experience to triage, delegate and prioritize appropriately to drive projects to completion
- Effective executive communication skills. Must be able to speak and present in a persuasive and compelling manner to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills- Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is a plus
