We are searching for the best talent for our ACUVUE® Account Manager, a driven and enthusiastic person in the BORDER REGION BRABANT-ANTWERPEN*.

Purpose:

As an essential member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our portfolio of high-quality contact lens products within a diverse landscape of optical stores.

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with eye care professionals, optometrists, and optical entrepreneurs to stimulate sales and increase market share. We emphasize putting the customer at the center of everything we do. You' re willing to go the extra mile for your clients.

  • Product Knowledge: Contact lenses are innovative products with complex technologies ensuring key features like good vision and comfort. You' re able to quickly understand these technologies and communicate them clearly to your clients.

  • Sales Strategy: As an Account Manager, you are fully responsible for your own sector. You' re capable of developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed your targets. You also identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.

  • Market Analysis: Besides client contact, you work within a flat organization, maintaining good communication with the internal team. This allows you to share sector developments easily with management, who can support you with tailored materials and training.

  • Reporting: While maintaining close contact with your clients is a priority, you understand that reporting is equally important to achieve your goals and strengthen client relationships. You are well-organized, responsible, accurate, and punctual in managing your administration.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Preferably a BSc, HBO, or WO degree.

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.

Recommended:

  • Experience in the optics or healthcare industry.

  • Knowledge of representing a premium brand.

Others:

  • Your client interactions are mainly in Dutch. As Johnson & Johnson is an international company, you should also be proficient in English.

  • Valid driver’s license, as well as, at least, 3 years of driving a car experience are required. You will drive many kilometers per year; we will ensure you have a reliable car for comfortable and safe travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is €44, 200.00 to €80, 300.00 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
