Oversees and coordinates the daily activities of a production team to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and the achievement of production targets.

Job Responsibilities: **

* Lead and supervise a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
* Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
* Monitor production output, scrap rates, and efficiency metrics, and report on performance.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality, and maintenance, to resolve production challenges.
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
* Conduct team meetings to communicate production goals, provide updates, and address concerns.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications: **

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as required.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
