Description:

The Global Corporate Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting oversight and implementation of the company's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

• Support the management and administration of the Whistleblower hotline, related policies, and incident response teams, including coordination with cross functional teams, implementation and maintenance of hotline procedures, monitoring and tracking of reports and documentation, maintenance of accurate reporting logs, and preparation of quarterly metrics and presentations for the General Counsel and Board of Directors.
• Support the compliance training program, including the implementation of organization wide training initiatives; managing the review and updating of course content; managing translations, execution of training related communications; preparation of status reporting; administrative oversight and maintenance of training programs, databases, materials, calendars, completion rates, and attendance records.
• Support conflicts of interest disclosures by reviewing and assessing submissions, identifying potential conflicts, documenting conflicts and resolutions, and maintaining detailed records.
• Support the management of document management and records retention programs, including the application of policies and procedures governing the secure retention and disposition of company information assets in accordance with company requirements.
• Maintain compliance data, metrics, and reporting dashboards to support trend analysis, monitor program effectiveness, and enable data driven decision making and continuous improvement, utilizing tools such as Excel and PowerBI; coordinate intake and response of due diligence questionnaires, vendor assessments, and complaints; as well as assist with preparation of compliance related presentations, reports, and materials.
• Support the Corporate Compliance Governance team in the implementation and ongoing management of small and large scale compliance programs and initiatives aligned with Verisk's objectives, including the execution of programmatic controls and safeguards.
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance related matters; collaborate with key stakeholders to support awareness of compliance requirements and ethical standards; and assist in identifying, prioritizing, and supporting initiatives to enhance compliance management processes and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development, coordination, and maintenance, of compliance related documentation, including policies, standards, procedures, methodologies, internal communications, agendas, and centralized repositories; coordinate Subject Matter Expert input as needed; and the scheduling and preparation for compliance related meetings.
• Monitor internal compliance communication channels and appropriately triage or escalate matters to Legal or Compliance leadership, as required.
• Conduct internet based research on compliance and regulatory topics to support program initiatives and reporting needs.• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in compliance field or equivalent, with demonstrated ability in international compliance, regulatory, risk management, government relations, and training and education, preferably at a large, global organization.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in supporting hotline management and metrics/reporting, including preparing presentations for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in supporting the administration of enterprise-wide compliance training and training initiatives.
• Proficiency in records management principles, operations, policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to adapt them to evolving technologies and practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• An understanding of policy and procedure design and administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all Business Units and departments.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that improved compliance maturity and/or reduced risk
• GRC tools experience a plus
