Description:
The Identity Access Administrator will be responsible for managing the entire user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that users have the appropriate access to systems and resources. This role involves working closely with various departments to implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
User Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of user account creation, modification, and deactivation. Ensure timely and accurate provisioning and de-provisioning of user access.
Access Control: Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles to ensure users have appropriate access levels.
Policy Enforcement: Develop, enforce, and regularly review IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of user accounts and access permissions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline user lifecycle processes and address access-related issues.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve access-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on IAM processes and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, policies, and procedures.
