About Your Role An Account Manager is the main point of contact between EnviroTech Services and its customers. Their main responsibility lies around driving sales of stabilization, dust control, downhole, and deicing chemical solutions to both government and private/commercial clients. This role requires a strategic, relationship-driven approach to business development and account management to maximize customer satisfaction and drive financial growth. ** Location Requirements: This role manages a territory covering Utah, Nevada, and portions of California. However, candidates must physically reside in Utah or Nevada, with a strong preference for the Reno, NV or SLC metro area. ** Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following as well as other duties as assigned. Build and Strengthen Customer Relationships Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Maintain consistent communication to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Manage and Grow Assigned Book of Business Prepare and deliver sales quotes aligned with company standards. Negotiate and execute customer agreements. Complete initial customer setup in IFS and maintain accurate CRM records. Ensure ongoing account accuracy, communication, and follow-through. Drive Market Expansion Research and determine high-potential industries, regions, and customer segments. Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans. Build a qualified pipeline to support sustainable revenue growth. Communicate Value and Differentiate Solutions Clearly articulate total cost of ownership and operational benefits. Confidently present premium solutions by demonstrating ROI and risk reduction. Address objections with data-driven and customer-focused reasoning. Deliver on Sales Performance Targets Establish revenue and margin goals for existing and prospective accounts. Track and report progress against sales targets. Adjust strategy as needed to meet or exceed performance expectations. Supervisory Responsibilities The position does not have any regular responsibility for overseeing or supervising the work of other team members. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role. Preferably in industrial, chemical, or construction sectors. Proven ability to communicate product value through technical understanding, financial analysis, and customer relationship management. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and cost-benefit analysis tools. Completion of product training and certification programs is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for travel to customer sites. Working Conditions The work environment is the typical office and sales environment with site visits to customers whether that be an office setting or a work site. The employee must complete their work satisfactorily in an environment where there are significant distractions, including staff, clients, and vendors walking through and conversing, telephones ringing, conversations carrying over, loud noises, and interruptions to answer questions from others.
