We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our Data Platform te am . This individual will work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with our engineering, product, data and analytics teams to define and deliver modern data tools in support of company growth and profitability.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for stakeholder alignment and delivering both internal- and external-facing data products. T hough this role is technical in nature, building and maintaining strong relationships and business understanding is critical for success.
Responsibilities

  • D efine and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for client data products that you own, in close collaboration with senior leadership, analytics, and engineering leadership
  • Work closely with stakeholders, engineering, vendors and industry partners to develop long and short-term vision for Client Data mastery, enrichment and practical implementation .
  • Garner buy-in for your product vision and roadmap from peers, stakeholders, and executives
  • Partner closely with other product and business teams across CHG to enable adoption of the data products you own.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competition.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal and customer-facing needs and business use cases.

Education & Experience
  • BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
  • 7 + years of experienc e driving strategy and execution in the data and analytics space in a product management-type role
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and building out modern data cloud technologies
  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst or engineer, working directly with data and data tools


Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience working with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau, Metabase
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience working with hybrid and remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience partnering with and managing outside consultants and third-party vendors
  • Experience implementing third-party tools, both on- and off-prem (SaaS)
  • Experience supporting a large, distributed sales team across multiple product lines and divisions
  • Understanding of technology licensing structures and contract basics
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
  • Passion for technology and innovation


We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $81, 400 -- $220, 700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
