CHG Medical Staffing is hiring!

Description:

Healthcare's helping hand.

CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.

Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to support a large-scale, high-visibility Communications Platform program. This platform establishes the tools, infrastructure, and governance needed to support CHG's communication needs across the entire organization.

Phase 1 focuses on telephony replacement as part of the broader UCaaS vision. Over the next several years, this initiative will drive enterprise-wide rationalization and modernization of communication tools and long-term roadmap alignment.

The ideal candidate must be capable of taking ownership of a complex program, refining the product vision, shaping strategy, storytelling with executives, and driving alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.

CANDIDATE MUST BE HYBRID THREE DAYS PER WEEK IN OUR MIDVALE, UT OFFICE.

Responsibilities
  • Refine and articulate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Communications Platform.
  • Lead product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and implementation for telephony replacement and foundational UCaaS capabilities.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to guide long-term communication-platform decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, design, IT Services, Data Platform, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. This is a technical role.
  • Establish KPIs to measure platform success and adoption.
  • Storytell and influence at the executive level, ensuring alignment and clarity across CHG.
  • Support change management, tool rationalization planning, and enterprise adoption readiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product questions related to the Communications Platform initiative.

Qualifications
  • Love of hands on building and delivering product, whatever level of work or hours it takes
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and executive-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to build multi-year roadmaps with clear business rationale.
  • Deep customer empathy; ability to translate ambiguity into opportunity and direction.
  • Data-informed decision-making and partnership with analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills; excels in aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and maintain predictable momentum across a complex program.

Education & Experience
  • 8+ years in product management leading large-scale, complex platform or communications-focused program.

Preferred
  • Background in UCaaS, communications platforms, or related enterprise tools.
  • SaaS background or experience in transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products.
  • Understanding of data privacy and communication-related compliance requirements.
