Modio Health is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and expand adoption of the OneView credentialing platform. This role is responsible for driving new business development, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent execution of the company's sales strategy.
The Director of Sales will work closely with marketing, product, and client success teams to align sales efforts with company priorities and customer needs. This leader will guide opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution while maintaining clear visibility into pipeline health and revenue forecasting.
This role requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution. The Director of Sales will help refine sales processes, support complex deal negotiations, and ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales cycle. Success in this role requires strong relationship building skills, experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles within healthcare, and the ability to coach and lead a high performing sales team. The ideal candidate will highly metrics driven.

Responsibilities- Lead revenue growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and guiding deals through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through regular pipeline reviews, opportunity management, and collaboration with leadership.
- Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure alignment between market needs, product capabilities, and customer outcomes.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring while ensuring alignment with company policies and risk management standards.
- Monitor sales performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and revenue attainment.
Qualifications- Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and assist others on your team.
- Strong experience managing B2B sales cycles within SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to engage executive and operational leaders within healthcare organizations.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics while maintaining disciplined sales operations.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally with marketing, product, finance, and client success/services teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into actionable insights and strategies.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS sales, healthcare technology sales, or related sales roles
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Experience with FreshWorks/FreshSales or other CRMs preferred
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira Service Desk/Confluence) preferred
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of$60, 000 - 250, 000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
