Lead Concierge Schedule: Full-time Day Shift - Occasional Weekends Availability Needed Pay Range: $20-$22 / hour

Apply online at https: //teamavamere.com/ Job Responsibilities - Supervise, coach, and support concierge/front desk team members
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure consistent service standards and professionalism across all shifts
- Step in to support front desk coverage as needed
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
- Address questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Build positive relationships with residents and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Support new resident move-ins and provide orientation to community services
- Oversee daily front desk functions including phones, greeting guests, and managing inquiries
- Coordinate communication between departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, activities, etc.)
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and message tracking
- Ensure security and safety procedures are followed (visitor sign-in, emergency protocols, etc.)
Qualifications: - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and office systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.)
- Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional service
