Role Overview

We are seeking clinically experienced professionals, especially in radiology, to train AI systems by creating, reviewing, and evaluating clinical content. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving AI reasoning, diagnostic accuracy, and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and answer clinical questions to train AI in diagnostic and reasoning tasks.

• Review AI-generated responses for clinical soundness, scientific rigor, and relevance.

• Rank and assess outputs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide structured expert feedback to improve accuracy and logic of AI content.

• Participate in multiple projects depending on your expertise and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent), or currently enrolled in an accredited medical program.

• Hands-on clinical experience, ideally practicing or recently practicing clinicians.

• Imaging experience: Ability to interpret and report diagnostic studies (MRI, CT scans).

• Fluent English: Strong reading and writing skills with minimal language errors.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail for evaluating clinical content accuracy and logic.

Bonus Qualifications

• Research background: Peer-reviewed publications, patents, clinical trials, or R& D experience.

• Familiarity with AI development, clinical informatics, or prompt engineering.

• Clinically experienced NPs, PAs, or nursing professionals may also be considered.

Compensation & Terms

• Base Rate: Up to $120/hour USD (depending on qualifications, location, project type, and performance).

• Fully remote, flexible schedule — work as much or as little as you like.

• Weekly payouts.
