Job Overview:
As an Operations Crane Lead, you will play a key role in field operations by safely operating lifting equipment and supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of pumping units. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with field crews to ensure equipment is installed and maintained safely and efficiently.

As an Operations Crane Lead, you will play a key role in field operations by safely operating lifting equipment and supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of pumping units. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with field crews to ensure equipment is installed and maintained safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate traveling or stationary cranes to lift, move, and position loads
- Safely rig up and rig down cranes, bucket trucks, and related equipment
- Assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of pumping units
- Pre-load jobs and ensure all tools and equipment are ready for field operations
- Identify pumping unit components and support troubleshooting efforts
- Inspect cranes and lifting equipment before and after use
- Execute lockout tagout (LOTO) procedures and stored energy isolation
- Assist with writing job safety analysis (JSA) under supervision
- Follow standard operating procedures and all safety rules
- Drive company vehicles to and from job locations
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Work in all weather conditions and support field operations as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- NCCCO crane certification
- Current CDL
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical ability to perform field tasks
- Knowledge of rigging and safe lifting practices
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Experience with oilfield equipment and pumping units Preferred
