Job Summary
The Director of SOX Compliance and Accounting Policy is responsible for maintenance of Vistra’s SOX business process control environment through support of the design, implementation, and evaluation of associated controls. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX requirements, maintain strong governance frameworks, and promote a culture of controls awareness across the organization. This Director is also responsible for maintenance of the Company’s accounting policies and procedures.Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, MBA preferred
