POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides basic assistance with various software applications for personal computers and hardware deployment.

Seasonal Hires are a temporary status and therefore may not be employed for a period of more than four and ½ months. These individuals may be hired either as full-time or part-time and must be a minimum age of 16 years

POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assists in performing basic troubleshooting on computers and software to detect problems.

2. Assists in the deployment of computer and printing hardware.

3. Assist in imaging personal computer systems.

4. Assists in maintaining inventory control records.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

None

Individuals must be a minimum age of 16 years.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds constantly to move objects. This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.
