Position Summary:

The Enrollment Coach plays a vital role in guiding prospective students through a smooth and supportive application journey at the Cizik School of Nursing. Through personalized, one-on-one coaching, they provide expert pre-admission advising and help applicants navigate every step of the admissions process with confidence. From clarifying prerequisites and evaluating course transferability to offering insights on nursing degree pathways, the Enrollment Coach ensures each student has a clear, informed path forward. They also collaborate closely with faculty and staff to align recruitment efforts and maintain a welcoming, student-centered admissions experience.

Position Key Accountabilities:

Helps to determine the prospective applicant's readiness and fit for a program and offer support during the application and enrollment process.
Meet with prospective applicants and provide coaching on pre-requisites and admission requirements (on-campus, virtually, via telephone and recruitment events).
Monitor and communicate with prospective students to complete applications.
Provide information to prospective students on program admissions and school policies related to admission.
Interface with faculty and staff to facilitate admission processing.
Assist with activities such as recruitment, information sessions, open house, new student orientation, pinning ceremony, and commencement.
Stays abreast of all pre-admission and admission requirements for all Cizik School of Nursing programs, including but no limited to pre-requisites and transferability of courses
Maintains logs of telephone calls and meetings with prospective applicants for the purpose of recruitment and monitoring completion of the application process.
Assist with the development, editing, and distribution of recruitment materials.
Assist with other Office of Student Affairs duties and functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree Related field of study required

Minimum Experience:

3 years Related experience in the areas of student admissions and enrollment and/or student advising and enrollment required
