SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Clinical Innovation supports the adoption and integration of innovative clinical practices, therapies, and technologies across dialysis settings. This role manages projects that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement and monitor innovation initiatives. The Sr. Manager works closely with leaders and frontline teams to translate new approaches into practice, ensuring sustainability and measurable impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

Planning & Prioritization
  • Collaborate with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) and other leaders to support implementation plans for clinical innovation projects.
  • Ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities, such as value-based care, reducing hospitalizations, and improving patient engagement.


Implementation & Project Management
  • Coordinate the rollout of new dialysis-related therapies, medications, and care delivery models.
  • Apply implementation science principles to support pilots and scaling of innovations.
  • Provide project management support, including timelines, resources, and communication.


Monitoring & Compliance
  • Track adoption and performance of innovation programs using clinical and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to maintain adherence to CMS, state, and accreditation requirements.
  • Support training and documentation to ensure safe, compliant adoption.


Collaboration & Support
  • Work with Quality, IT, Learning & Development, and Field Operations to develop enablement tools and resources.
  • Provide consultative guidance and support to regional and facility leaders during innovation pilots.


Evaluation & Improvement
  • Support development of dashboards, scorecards, and feedback systems for monitoring innovation.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify barriers, propose solutions, and refine programs.
