SUMMARY

The Director of Operational Excellence will manage high impact operational projects and initiatives for U.S. Renal Care. This role will act as a strategic business partner to drive performance improvement within field operations and the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
  • Direct projects that have impact to dialysis operations workflows within facilities.
  • Involvement and leadership within central operational initiatives, including both operational improvement and/or launch of new workflows.
  • Provide feedback, training and guidance on the functionality and efficiencies within facility facing applications and systems.
  • Provide regular feedback, support and leadership regarding site-level performance in critical areas such as Profit and Loss (P& L), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), company policy and procedure adherence, and client and employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as an effective business partner to multi-site clients working in conjunction with peers to achieve mutual goals.
  • Deliver training to field operations on new/revised workflows, in partnership with Clinical Services.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in facilities -- improving quality/consistency of care and driving down cost of care.
  • Maintains effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.
  • Recruits, trains, develops, and supervises personnel.
  • Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
