Job Description

UP MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring a Photography Technician in Bedford, TX. This is a full-time position.

Photography Tech I plays a critical role for capturing quality photographs of inventory for the production of the On Time auctions. This role may move or handle inventory throughout Rock Island Auction Companys (RIAC) facility. Essential Job Functions Operates multiple photo stations to produce photos of various types of firearms and non-firearm items which meets established internal quality standards and expectations. Handles inventory items safely for proper setting in photo station. Meets established departmental production goals consistently in order to achieve auction deadlines. Prioritizes regulatory compliance and demonstrates integrity. Works expected overtime and required auction weekends (approximately 6 per year). Demonstrates reliability, commitment, and effective collaboration in order to successfully achieve assigned tasks and goals. Completes other duties, as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability and willingness to learn, understand, and follow all company rules for firearm safety and general safety. Ability and willingness to learn, understand, and take pride in meeting internal quality standards and expectations. Ability to understand the importance for professional conduct with employees at all levels within the organization, and skill to demonstrate such. Ability to understand the importance for using discretion and maintaining confidentiality while working with sensitive information and data, and skill to demonstrate such. Ability to understand the importance for handling all inventory items with care, caution, consideration, and respect, and skill to demonstrate such. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to use and operate office equipment and machinery such as computer, copier, scanner, and fax machine. Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English fluently. Ability to obtain and maintain active FOID card (Illinois residents only). Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Prior relevant work experience with production, warehouse, supply chain management, inventory, material handling, or other related field highly preferred. Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
