Job Description
Transglobal Services LLC is hiring a Associate Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time position.
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide project management support from inception to completion under the guidance of the Project Manager.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Review and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and timekeeping records.Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they ariseAssist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomesEnsure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policiesContribute to the preparation and maintenance of essential documentation, including permits, environmental assessments, and right-of-way agreementsFacilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory agenciesPrepare and present project status updates and reports to senior managementEffectively and efficiently perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Additional Responsibilities: Oversee land surveying components specific to Renewable Energy projects.Prepares estimates and proposals for renewable energy projects.Maintain customer relations for assigned clients. Core Competencies: High integrity and ethical standardsStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSkilled in solving problems and analyzing situationsDiligent in ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasksAbility to collaborate and work effectively in and across diverse teams.Strong understanding of business principlesAbility to adapt quickly within the organizationProficient in Excel and financial management tools Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience, with at least 1 year in project management, associate project management, project engineering or a related roleA minimum of 1 years experience in the utility scale renewable energy sectorsProficient in land surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble, GIS, Microsoft Office Suite)PMP Certification or an Associates/Bachelor's degree in a related field, or actively pursuing PMP certification Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities Work Environment This position will be located in our Fort Worth office with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves extended sitting at a desk, computer usage, and communication with colleagues and clients. Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role with the occasional tasks involving light lifting or standing during meetings and communication. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday. However, occasional overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business. Travel Occasional travel may be required. This travel is typically infrequent and may be limited to local or regional locations, including company field offices.
