Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at The Board Room, ensuring smooth service transitions between lunch and wine & charcuterie bar experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and pairings that will delight guests.
• Forge and nurture partnerships within CITYCENTRE and beyond, creating unique experiences and offerings for our guests.
• Maintain inventory control, ordering, and budgeting to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Build relationships with guests and local partners to enhance offerings and community engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence, including team scheduling, inventory management, and safety compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably within upscale hotels or restaurants.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
• A passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of delivering superior dining experiences.
• Knowledge of wine and charcuterie is a plus, but a love for great food and drinks is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to build and manage partnerships that enhance the guest experience.
