As a Public Area Attendant, you play a vital role in upholding our 5-star standards by ensuring every guest-facing space reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sophistication our hotel is known for.

Compensation: $15.00 hourly

Position Summary

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces throughout the hotel. This role ensures that guests experience a pristine and welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, and other public areas
• Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, and mop surfaces to luxury-level standards
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms throughout the day
• Monitor and replenish restroom and lobby amenities
• Remove trash and maintain waste receptacles
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards immediately
• Support housekeeping team as needed during high occupancy

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or hospitality cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
