The Outlets Manager is a critical hands-on leadership role responsible for the seamless daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance across all food & beverage outlets at The Faust Hotel. This includes the flagship Wilhelm & Werner brasserie and bar, the intimate Walter's Speakeasy, in-room dining (IRD) service, and all activations.

Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position will play a pivotal part in the hotel's pre-opening phase (now through April 2026), including finalizing setup, hiring and training teams, implementing service standards, and launching the signature cocktail, wine, and beer programs that honor our heritage and the Faust legend.
