We are seeking a polished, service-driven Host / Hostess who understands that the first and last impression defines the entire guest experience.

Compensation: $14.00 hourly

Position Overview

The Host is the ambassador of Wilhelm und Werner. This individual will be gracious, poised, and attentive to every detail. This role sets the tone for an exceptional dining journey, managing reservations, greeting guests with warmth and sophistication, and ensuring seamless flow throughout service.

In a luxury restaurant environment, hospitality is both an art and a discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and refined presence
• Manage reservations and seating through reservation platforms with accuracy
• Coordinate table flow utilizing table management platforms, in partnership with management and service team
• Maintain a composed and gracious demeanor during high-volume service
• Provide personalized guest recognition and anticipate needs
• Uphold the aesthetic presentation of the host stand and entry area
• Handle special requests and VIP accommodations with discretion
• Create a memorable first and final impression for every guest

Qualifications

• Previous host or fine dining experience preferred
• Luxury hospitality or upscale restaurant experience strongly desired
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished appearance and professional presence
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
