Position Overview We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front office operations and uphold the highest standards of guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment, leads by example, and understands the importance of anticipatory service.
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front office operations and uphold the highest standards of guest experience. Compensation: $21 hourly Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver gracious, personalized service at every guest touchpoint
- Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences with meticulous attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain oversight of reservations, VIP arrivals, and special requests
- Support training, coaching, and development of front desk team members
- Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to maintain operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards, presentation, and service culture reflective of a luxury boutique hotel
Qualifications- Minimum 2-3 years of front office or guest services experience in an upscale or boutique hotel
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera or similar preferred)
- Professional presence with the ability to remain calm and poised in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
