The Program Manager will serve as the main point of contact for large clients. They will be responsible for working closely with the client to understand their needs and make sure they understand all CBG service offerings. On larger design build projects, the Program Manager will be responsible for building quotes per location within the parameters set by the won opportunity.
Essential Functions - Work with large and strategic clients to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands;
- Conduct onsite or online presentations to the client that showcase the services and products of the company;
- Work with management to develop design build quotes based on project estimates;
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations;
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company;
- Technical and security engineering resource;
- Programming, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of these systems at customer locations and remotely, documenting service performed and test results;
- Generation of technical Scopes of Work (SOW), bill of materials (BOMs) and detailed design narratives for engineered solutions and associated cost estimates;
- Manage engineering and estimation process to include interfacing with multiple representatives of sales, marketing, management, vendor and customer teams;
- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings and technical/functional design specifications to prepare compliant engineered solutions and associated cost estimates;
- Perform needs analysis meetings and job site walks with customers;
- Technical advisor and product advocate during the engineering process;
- Interface with product and distribution partners to obtain systems, device and equipment pricing during engineering process;
- Participate in technical discussions and meetings with customers and product partners;
- Maintain quality assurance by following organization standards;
- Effectively apply project methodology to include planning, organizing, monitoring, managing budget, project closure activities and enforcing best practices;
- Manage project team and field technicians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and with the utmost quality;
- Remove, resolve or escalate roadblocks for team members in a timely manner;
- Identify and manage project risks to ensure that timeliness, cost and quality are enforced;
- Facilitate project meetings internally effectively and ensure that the team is focused on continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications - Associate's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position
- Current and valid US driver's license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
