Description:

The Branch Project Lead manages the Detailing Team and All Project Teams. The Project Supervisor Lead works with the team leads to ensure all projects are accurately detailed, meet deadlines, customer satisfaction, and maintain or improve profitability. The Project Supervisor Lead is responsible for professional growth of all team members - including guidance, and training programs for team members. This role has hiring responsibility and must recruit and interview new team members, and help Team Leads with disciplinary actions as required. This role will work very closely with Corporate HR, Sales, Shops/Warehouse and other internal team members.

Essential Functions
• Managing, supporting, and mentoring all PM and Detailing Team Leads
• Monitor projects, service level, efficiency, overall processing skills and competencies
• Assist in Enterprise Account pricing, relationships, and problem solving
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and Provide technical support as needed
• Work with estimating department and detailing department on project prototypes
• Work closely with Sales Team on onboarding new accounts
• Work closely with other branches when Enterprise Account work will be fulfilled elsewhere
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining high standard of competency and accuracy for all work performed by the Project and Detailing Teams
• Identify Team training needs, train as required, or reach out to arrange for training
• Ability to travel to job sites and customer locations as needed
• Perform other functions as required for successful operation of the organization
• Identify areas to improve efficiency and/or service

Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, and legal documents such as contracts. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community with clarify and professionalism.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts calculating margins.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP Certification or equivalent experience

This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.

Work Environment
This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.
