GLSS has an immediate opening for a Managing Site Supervisor to cover multiple site locatio ns. These locations are located: Randolph AFB, TX; Sheppard AFB, TX; Laughlin AFB, TX; Columbus AFB, MS; and Vance AFB, OK.

Military experience is a plus. Candidate must be willing to travel.

Description:

Responsible for Task Order execution to PWS standard within awarded costs to apply the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) to over 400 aircraft at five locations. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and has full authority to execute contract requirements.

Duties:
  • Assisting in the transition to full performance, resource allocation to meet requirements within scope, and to scheduling reviewing, as well as, validating time cards.
  • Resolving performance issues, task order management, performance, and quality of work.
  • Managing MTC/ETC staffing compliance, team member management, CDRL submission, SOP/LOI implementation/enforcement, employee conduct, and customer coordination/satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include meeting all requirements and furnishing all deliverables as outlined by the Task Order or Program Manager.
  • Providing management and coordination of the contractor's effort in support of the customer, providing technical direction, leadership, supervision, training, and mentoring of the GLSS workforce.
  • Supervises 30 personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Requires 10 or more years of experience managing Organizational, Intermediate, or Depot level aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Supporting a fleet of 10 or more military aircraft.
  • Experience managing or executing a major TCTO at multiple locations is highly desirable.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing T-6A aircraft is a plus.
