Qualifications:

• Master's degree in education
• Educational Diagnostician Certification through TEA
• Prefer 1 year of prior experience

Educational Diagnostician Contract Details:

• $41.20 - $44.35 per hour
• 12-week contracts
• $3, 000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details

What You'll Be Doing:

• Administer, score, and interpret formal and informal assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services according to state and federal regulations.
• Receive student referrals and implement the appraisal process
• Take part in the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee to help interpret assessment data, determine appropriate student placement, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in alignment with district procedures.
• Collaborate and consult with the interdisciplinary education team, parents/guardians, and community agencies as needed.
