Job Summary

Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting and reviewing a range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure the system meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements with general oversight, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Drafts test plans and scripts to ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved
  • Encourages best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, to ensure that the team adheres to these standards as a technical expert
  • Anticipates business and regulatory challenges to proactively assess impact to work performed
  • Drives automation and performance testing efforts, working closely with our development team.
  • Recommends improvements to product, process or service
  • Leads complex or specialized projects including the design and implementation of scalable testing strategies that improve efficiency
  • Works within general functional policies and industry guidelines
  • Impacts direction of program, project or services by creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in our processes.
  • Communicates complex ideas across functions and levels including the implementation of testing, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Individual contributor working independently; only requires guidance in highly complex situations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork while guiding team members,
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
