TileBar is looking for an
inspiring and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for
sales, leadership, and design in a dynamic, growing organization.
As the Showroom Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of showroom operations — from team development and sales strategy to operational excellence and community engagement. You'll build strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers to reinforce TileBar's reputation for premium products, innovative design, and outstanding service.
What You'll DoCustomer Experience & Sales Leadership - Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance.
- Set and uphold showroom standards that reflect the TileBar brand.
- Coach and mentor your team on consultative sales and customer engagement.
- Build relationships with the architectural and design community through networking and events.
Talent Development & Team Management - Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
- Create an engaging, collaborative learning environment through hands-on coaching.
- Partner with leadership to assess development needs and build a high-performance team.
Sales & Performance Management - Own the showroom P& L, driving sales, margin, and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching on client development and sales tactics.
- Monitor and manage team performance to ensure consistent results.
Showroom Operations & Brand Representation - Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, order processing, and reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain.
- Represent TileBar with professionalism and passion for design.
What You'll Bring - 5+ years of sales and leadership experience in retail, showroom, or luxury sales — preferably in architecture, design, or home furnishings.
- A proven record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners.
- Expertise in consultative sales techniques and delivering premium customer experiences.
- Ability to manage showroom operations with precision and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A polished, professional presence and a love for design.
Bonus: - Knowledge of tile, stone, and flooring materials, including trends and applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Additional Details - Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and special events.
- Occasional travel for market events, training, or showroom openings.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for showroom maintenance.
