Smiles of Austin is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional pediatric clinical care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every visit
• Accurately document clinical findings and maintain patient records
• Listen to, empathize with, and address patient and parent concerns
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and oral health maintenance
• Oversee operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization protocols
• Take radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with state guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to support overall practice flow

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
• CPR certification and radiography/X-ray certification per state requirements
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and continuing education requirements
