As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers count on. You'll spend your days out in the field inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing customer equipment. You'll make sure every truck is safe and ready to work, clearly explain any issues and repair needs, complete your work orders, and deliver friendly, dependable service at every stop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair forklifts and material handling equipment on-site.

• Communicate clearly with customers about equipment condition, needed repairs, and costs.

• Perform safety inspections to ensure equipment meets all standards.

• Coordinate daily schedules with the Field Service Advisor and dispatch team.

• Complete electronic work orders accurately using company-issued tablets.

• Perform quality checks to ensure every job is completed right the first time.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• You have 2+ years of experience with material handling, heavy industrial, auto, truck, or military equipment.

• You have a clean driving record.

• You'll need to have your own set of mechanical tools.

• You have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• You take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

• You communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
