Your skills and expertise in assessing, treating, and managing respiratory conditions will make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.< /p> < p> < b> What You& rsquo; ll Do: < /b> < /p> < ul> < li> < b> Provide Direct Respiratory Care: < /b> Administer oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosolized medications to patients with chronic or acute respiratory conditions.< /li> < li> < b> Monitor & amp; Assess Patients: < /b> Perform respiratory assessments to evaluate the need for therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Closely monitor patients& rsquo; respiratory function and adjust treatments as necessary.< /li> < li> < b> Collaborate with Medical Team: < /b> Work hand-in-hand with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.< /li> < li> < b> Educate Patients & amp; Families: < /b> Provide guidance and education on managing respiratory conditions, including how to use inhalers, CPAP machines, and other equipment effectively at home.< /li> < li> < b> Manage Emergency Care: < /b> Respond quickly to respiratory emergencies and work efficiently in critical care settings such as the ICU or ER, ensuring patients& rsquo; needs are met promptly.< /li> < li> < b> Maintain Equipment & amp; Records: < /b> Ensure all respiratory equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained.
