Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, SPS, Six Sigma, ISO).
  • Analyze failures, perform corrective/preventive actions, and respond to customer complaints.
  • Utilize quality programs (8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPS) for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver quality training.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and achieve quality goals through projects and processes.
  • Drive quality excellence across the supply chain.
  • Implement tailored supply chain practices.
  • Identify and apply best practices in quality.
  • Prepare Pareto charts and 8D reports.
  • Review and update quality documentation.
  • Participate in SPS and ISO audits and ensure timely completion of action items.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality role or related field.
  • Experience in logistics operations and problem-solving methodologies (8D).
  • Strong process robustness, customer orientation, project management, communication, analytical, and change management skills.
  • Experience with ISO methodologies
  • Some AUTOCAD experience
  • Experience in process mapping and data analysis
