Schneider Electric is hiring a Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor in El Paso, TX. This is a full-time position.

We are looking for a hands-on Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor to join our El Paso, TX team and play a key role in meeting production schedules while balancing cost, quality, and lead time objectives. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the floor, bring technical depth in fabrication, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
This position supports the weekend shift schedule: Friday through Sunday from 6: 00 PM to 6: 00 AM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.

What will you do?
Production Execution
- Ensure consistent achievement of production schedules with a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and lead time targets
- Monitor daily operations and quickly address production challenges to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build capability and drive engagement
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training to strengthen team performance and support continuous development
- Provide direct oversight of fabrication operations, including metal forming, punching, and related manufacturing processes
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of fabrication equipment
- Serve as the technical leader on shift for fabrication processes, guiding best practices and standard work
- Drive improvements in fabrication efficiency, quality, and throughput through process optimization and waste reduction
- Partner with engineering and maintenance to resolve equipment and process issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes and implement lean principles
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Take ownership of goal setting, performance management, and employee development
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and engagement
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Own team performance metrics and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve results
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Required: Hands-on experience in fabrication processes, including punching and metal forming
- Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, equipment, and production environments
- Ability to lead and troubleshoot fabrication operations in a fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement improvements
