Description:

As a Building Automation Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of BMS by leveraging your expertise in building automation and control systems. Your role involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored BMS solutions.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for BMS, understanding customer requirements, and presenting compelling service proposals. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed BMS services align with customer needs and technical capabilities.

In addition, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted advisor on BMS offerings. Your role also involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems. Your technical expertise will enable you to effectively communicate the value of Building Management Systems to clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
