What will you do?

As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs t hat enhance employee skills and improves organizational performance.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Training Needs Assessment : collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs
  • Program Development : design and creating training materials
  • Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and participation registration
  • Training Delivery: Facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and maintain records of training activities and participant progress
  • Knowledge of Quality Modules Standards.
  • Computer Knowlagent (power point, excel)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Who will you report to?
  • Plant Manager

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or High School with more than 5 years of experience on the field
  • Spanish and English Communication
  • Must have the legal right to work in the US (no option to support sponsorship)
