Job Description
Schneider Electric USA, Inc is hiring a Order Processing Specialist in El Paso, TX. This is a full-time position.
The Order Processing Specialist - Liaison acts as the operational bridge between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Order Processing to ensure manufacturing orders are accurate, executable, and aligned throughout the production lifecycle.
This role is responsible for managing daily IPEL activities, executing approved order and engineering changes, maintaining Bills of Material (BOMs), and coordinating cross-functional efforts to support production readiness and commitments.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68, 000 - USD 102, 000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. - Own and manage the daily IPEL process, resolving issues that prevent order release to production
- Coordinate resolution of IPEL issues across manufacturing plants
- Execute approved order changes including confirmations, unconfirmations, holds, cancellations, and updates
- Monitor and track open issues to ensure production readiness
Engineering Change Coordination
- Review and execute Engineering Change Notices (OCNs) in SAP ECC
- Investigate and resolve BOM discrepancies reported by Production
- Add or remove engineering-approved components within BOMs
- Utilize engineering systems (OE) to review product structures and configurations
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Order Processing teams
- Communicate manufacturing impacts and coordinate execution of workflow activities
- Maintain operational trackers and support issue resolution across functions
Process Improvement
- Maintain and update process documentation and process maps
- Document new workflows and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within order processing and production support
What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or order management environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC for order processing and BOM maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Ability to navigate engineering systems (e.g., OE) and interpret product structures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
