Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our operations leadership team and play a critical role in driving industrial performance and continuous improvement at the site level.
What will you do in this role? - Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Functions: Oversee and enhance manufacturing engineering and maintenance operations, specializing in Schneider Production System (SPS), process design, ergonomics, capacity analysis, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance optimization.
- Leadership & Management: Manage a diverse team, providing guidance on hierarchical responsibilities, budget accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate site performance.
- Industrial Process Performance: Ensure the effectiveness of industrial processes by managing heterogeneous teams across various technologies and business areas, focusing on DT, IE, OEE, TTP, etc.
- Service Methods Management: Lead maintenance management in specialized groups, ensuring adherence to service methods and competencies.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of goal setting, performance management, competency development, engagement, and well-being within your team, following SPS/SIM rules.
- Maintainability & Continuous Improvement: Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to ensure production tool maintainability and drive continuous improvement in line architectures, capacities, and capabilities.
- Long-term Improvement Identification: Utilize lean diagnostic approaches to uncover medium- and long-term improvement opportunities across all areas.
- Project Organization: Define and optimize organizational structures for new projects or production volume adjustments, focusing on cost efficiency.
What will make you successful in this role? - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance within an industrial environment.
- Proven people leadership experience, including performance management, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ownership of site‑level manufacturing engineering and maintenance strategy, including equipment lifecycle and industrial performance.
- Strong experience managing CapEx and OpEx budgets, investment justification, and cost optimization.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, with ability to drive measurable operational results.
- Expertise in asset reliability and maintainability, including TPM practices and CMMS/EAM systems.
- Strong understanding of EHS, machine safety, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
