Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and direct clients and visitors.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments to maximize efficiency and ROI in a safe environment.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing timely and appropriate responses.
- Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and employees as needed.
- File and digitally image various documents.
- Review, proofread, and update documents as necessary.
- Perform data entry into spreadsheets as required.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain and manage office supply inventory.
- Create, update, and deactivate access badges as needed.
- Assist with billing and credit processes.
- Support other departments with projects and tasks as needed.
- Participate in and complete all required training activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all responsibilities.
- Perform document scanning of test results and proof of delivery.
- Prepare and manage documents related to customer deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ability to proofread.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes as well as maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- High school graduate.
- Prior work experience in Customer Service and/or Administrative preferred.
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform computer-related tasks.
- Occasionally lift and move boxes or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
