Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support our Data Operations team. You will be is responsible for data management support to the Provider Management team, from data entry/validation to compliance auditing to root cause analysis to the recommendation of mitigation strategies. This position will support the development and administration of comprehensive compliance solutions to keep QTC’s activities consistent with the laws, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide data management and operational support to the Provider Management team functions; review, triage, and route incoming requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Key and validate data from a variety of original source documents (e.g. forms, records, etc.); identify and correct errors to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
  • Develop and implement all aspects of QTC’s compliance programs, to include the administration of all internal compliance and external audits; collaborate with internal stakeholders as appropriate to perform on-going, comprehensive compliance audits of provider data
  • May analyze data and reports to identify recurring issues and compliance trends, in support of continuous improvement the company’s contractual compliance program; may recommend changes, as applicable, to improve the company’s compliance position
  • Maintain Provider Management SharePoint library and facilitate document control process; ensure security measures are in place and performed in the handling of confidential information
  • May provide additional support in monitoring project plans and schedules to ensure timeliness of project delivery; may support project management, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Level II: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required
    • Level III: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated customer service, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Solid data entry, data analysis, and/or reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, multi-task, attentive to detail, and work with a high a sense of urgency
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiar with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SharePoint preferred.
  • Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
